    3-Month Contract Basis Event Assistant (Part Time) – West Des Moines Headquarters
    During this busy growth period, our event team could use your help getting ready for some trips from packets to reviewing charts and more, no two days will be the same. Having a slow day there, hop over to work with the marketing team. Immediate opportunity for March – first week of June. Perhaps 25 hours this week; 15 next – we’re flexible, how about you?

    Tradeshow Coordinator on a Permanent, Part Time to Full Time basis (Possibly 20-25 hours per week for the part time hours) – West Des Moines Headquarters
    Ready for a fun challenge creating a tradeshow from start to finish? You’ll be responsible for 1 – 5 tradeshows a year, based on your hours, including every detail that goes into managing Speakers, Entertainers, Sponsors, Exhibitors, Attendees, Venue flow, A/V, Registration, and all diagrams, staffing assignments, design and more. You’re the Tradeshow Pro – you know how this goes. Only the experienced should apply for this position.

    Permanent, Full Time Event Coordinator – West Des Moines Headquarters
    Assist our event planners with event planning responsibilities from A to Z. You’ll partner up with an event planner on assigned client events and have your days filled with a range of activities ranging from assisting with rooming lists, confirming air ticketing, websites, selecting gifting opportunities and more. You too will come to be counted on as a key member of the CEM team.

    Permanent, Part Time Business Development & Marketing Administrative Assistant (20-25 hours per week) – West Des Moines Headquarters
    This administrative position encompasses a wide range of opportunities, keeping the work engaging. From helping business development directors developing leads, working in SalesForce, creating proposals, marketing CEM globally and with a local presence, handling some day-to-day office needs, managing staff Caring & Sharing outings and more, you’ll come to be counted on as a key member of the CEM team.
